After a coffee and a discussion about the trip out, we mount up and set off for the ride back to Helston. My new passenger was completely comfortable and very enthusiastic about the experience so far.
The weather the forecast had said that there was only a 3% chance of rain that day and up to this point we'd enjoyed the 97% chance of a dry ride. Well, that all changed not long after we set off and we were blessed with an "extended shower" for much of the ride home.
